FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Process for creating quality Ammunition

August 4, 2004 --Wagner Accuswage re-manufacturing process;

·        Cases are tumble cleaned (no ammonia based cleaning).

·        All cases are checked for any foreign objects, pressure tested, and inspected for any cracks or dents.

·        Used primers are removed, primer pockets are cleaned and reamed.

·        Cases are then loaded into automatic feed machines in preparation for loading.

·        Cases are checked once again for any obstructions and full length sized (handgun and pistol calibers).

·        The primer is inserted to S.A.A.M.I specifications.

·        A precise powder charge is added and tested for over and under charge.

·        A bullet is placed into the case mouth, seated to the proper depth and crimped.

·        Finally the entire shell is resized to ensure proper feeding into your firearm.

·        Loaded ammunition is collected in bins and sent to a cleaning / inspection station.

·        Once cleaned, each round is visually inspected and placed into a gauge block to ensure proper sizing.

·        Any ammunition that doesn’t pass the visual inspection or fit properly into the case gauge block is removed and recycled.

·        The next step is to package and label the ammunition.

·        Each pack of ammunition leaving the factory is labeled with a lot number, operator number, powder lot number and date of manufacture.  In the unlikely event that the customer is not satisfied or has a problem, the entire run can be quickly identified and the issue resolved.
